Finance Apprentice (Level 6) – Penrith – 2026. We are Balfour Beatty, one of the UK’s largest construction companies building iconic projects that will last for generations.

What you’ll be doing
- As a Finance Apprentice you will be the junior financial analyst for the company. You’ll work on financial planning, analysis, and reporting to help ensure the company’s financial health.
Who we’re looking for
- For our Level 6 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 3 A Levels or equivalent at passing grades. The programme combines advanced academic study with full-time work, offering you the opportunity to develop professionally and academically.
- Throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be working towards a Level 6 Accounting Finance Manager qualification, typically taking around 3 years to complete.
