We are looking for an Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact business events, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organisational priorities. The Events Executive works under the direction of the Events Manager, assisting with logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement across all phases of event delivery. This role will be hybrid with 3 days per week based in our London office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with concept and agenda development for events.
- Support project management of Group / UK / Business events, including leadership conferences.
- Help develop event content and materials, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate invitations, registration systems, attendee communications, accommodation, and accessibility.
- Support the management of event collateral and branding.
- Liaise with business/function leads and nominated event leads to ensure events support key business objectives.
- Assist with risk management and escalation, flagging issues to the Events Manager.
- Support post-event evaluation, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Attend events to assist with on‑day delivery, troubleshooting, and team coordination.
- Work collaboratively within cross‑functional event project teams, providing support and motivation to ensure successful event delivery.

- Experience in supporting the planning and delivery of live events.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with event management software and project management tools.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively within teams.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage competing demands.
- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable:
- Experience of working on construction/civil engineering infrastructure projects.
