We provide specialist, reliable, sustainable and creative advice for asset management planning and implementation in the UK. We put our customers first and prioritise completing schemes safely, efficiently and to a high standard., As an Agent, you will provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers and Site Engineers:

Support the delivery of CSUK’s Sustainability activities

Appraises improvement options and leads action / instigates as appropriate

Monitors effectiveness of the H & S Management System

Appraises improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriate

Overall ownership of Handover Documentation for Section Productivity

Chairs weekly team meetings to review performance on site
-
Sets targets and KPI’s in line with budget forecast
-
Prepares a cost plan and manages cost vs value

Strong work ethic with flexibility to work unsociable hours/nights as required by the programme

Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility

Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card. SMSTS qualified

Excellent team player and team leader, able to work competently and independently without supervision

Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and influencing skills

Good report writing skills
