What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Site Engineer, your job will help plan and build vital infrastructure like roads, buildings, substations and other structures. You’ll work on-site, learning how to support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects. You will gain hands-on experience in design, installation, and maintenance, while ensuring all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.
Who we’re looking for
For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
Please note that this role may require travel to various locations, which means you may occasionally need to work and stay away from home. Flexibility is essential, as assignments can vary based on project needs. All reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license. Offers for this position will be subject to pre-employment checks and a security check, which may include a DBS check.
