Seasonal Staff – Balfour Winery

As we prepare for a busy summer season, we’re looking for motivated, reliable, and food‑loving individuals to join our kitchen team. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our chefs with food preparation for restaurant service, picnics, and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the kitchen
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
- Helping plate dishes during busy service periods
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team to deliver consistently high‑quality food experiences
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high hygiene standards
- Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
- A genuine interest in food, ingredients, and hospitality
