The Tickled Trout
located in West Farleigh, is a smart modern pub with six boutique rooms and a favourite with the locals. We offer a sun-filled garden with a terrace for al fresco dining and a covered marquee for events. We\’re looking for our general managers to:
- Hire and keep the best people
- Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
- Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
- Deliver on your forecasts and budgets
- Maximise revenue by driving volume
- Deliver on the pub\’s controllables
In this role we need someone with:
- Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
- Excellent food & drink knowledge
- Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
- Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
- Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
- A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role
