Welcome to the world of Balfour Hospitality beyond Hush Heath Estate. We are proud to extend the hospitality for which we are renowned at Balfour Winery to the ten fantastic pubs we also own. Situated throughout Central London, East Sussex, Kent and the Cotswolds, they offer premium food, drink and a choice of boutique bedrooms.

We’re looking for our general managers to:
- Hire and keep the best people
- Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
- Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
- Deliver on your forecasts and budgets
- Maximise revenue by driving volume
- Deliver on the pub’s controllables
In this role we need someone with:
- Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
- Excellent food & drink knowledge
- Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
- Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
- Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
- A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role
