TheWinemaker’s Pub, part of Balfour Winery near Goudhurst, is seeking a skilled, hands-on Pizza Chef to join our busy pub kitchen and help us deliver consistently great pizzas using fresh ingredients.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, manage dough prep, toppings and service pace, maintain high hygiene, and contribute to seasonal British dishes and estate wines in a relaxed setting that offers four boutique bedrooms for guests.
