The Tickled Trout, located in West Farleigh, is a smart modern pub with six boutique rooms and a favourite with the locals. We offer a sun-filled garden with a terrace for al fresco dining and a covered marquee for events. Renowned for good food and hospitality, if you\’re enthusiastic about hospitality and creating unforgettable moments, we\’d love to hear from you.
As Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef in the development and smooth running of the kitchen. You are very keen to ensure quality, consistency and presentation of our food. You are also someone who is starting to share their knowledge with more junior members of the team.
