The School/Role: We are currently partnering with a highly regarded school in the Sutton Coldfield area, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN teacher for a full-time position. This school is focused on providing quality education to students with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
Key Duties
- Classroom Assistance: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, adapting materials, and implementing strategies to support student learning.
- Behaviour Support: Support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Personalised Learning: Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
