The School/role: We are currently looking for an experienced SEND teaching assistant who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a Special Educational Needs provision in Sutton Coldfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for education and supporting children to reach their full potential.

Key Duties:
- Constant Supervision: Ensure the child’s safety and manage disruptive behaviour through vigilant monitoring.
- Building Trusting Relationships: Foster a supportive, trusting connection with the child to enhance their learning.
- Sensory Room Assistance: Guide and support the child’s engagement in sensory activities for better focus and regulation.
- Outdoor Activities: Organise daily outdoor play to promote physical activity and well-being.
