We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent. These roles are available on both a short-term and long-term basis. In addition, full-time opportunities may be available depending on the needs of the school.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to deliver pre-planned lessons. Therefore, you will play a key role in keeping students engaged and on track with their learning. The schools aim to create a safe and supportive environment. As a result, students are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed, regardless of their background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Ensure students remain focused and engaged

Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months’ experience in a UK school setting
  • Be confident managing a classroom independently
  • Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Show flexibility and willingness to work in different schools
  • Be committed to high standards of learning and support

Safeguarding & Compliance

This role requires an enhanced DBS check. In addition, two references covering the last two years are required.
