Key Duties
- Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to students of all SEN needs.
- Behaviour support: support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Personalised learning: work collaboratively with other SEN staff and the SENCO to implement EHCPs and monitor student progress.
- Communication: maintain open and effective communication with fellow SEN staff, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to support student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
