Balfor Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rochdale, supporting pupils aged 7 to 18 with needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN and behavioural challenges.

You will work closely with teachers, deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, encourage positive behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence, resilience and independence through engaging, personalised activities and learning resources.
