Balfor Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Coventry. The Role
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Deliver learning activities and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
- Encourage students to develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Requirements
- Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting pupils with SLD, MLD, ASD and complex learning needs.
- Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate.
- Recent school-based references.
- Valid photo identification (Driving Licence or Passport).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
