About the Service:
Our client operates a private non-residential day centre dedicated to supporting younger adults aged 18 to 65 who live with learning disabilities, autism, and various mental health diagnoses.
The centre specializes in developing complex support packages tailored to individual needs, particularly for those exhibiting challenging behaviour. To ensure the highest level of care, we maintain a staff-to-client ratio of 1:1 or higher for intensive support.
The centre\âs services include:
Operating hours from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
Structured activities designed to promote engagement and development.
Provision of nutritious meals to support the well-being of clients.
Social and recreational outings to enhance community integration and social skills.
Comprehensive care and support tailored to individual needs.
Our team possesses extensive expertise in behaviour interventions, particularly for individuals with challenging behaviours or selfâinjurious tendencies.
In addition to day services, we also offer shortâstay respite care in community care homes, subject to separate arrangements and availability of beds. For added convenience, we may provide transport services for clients to and from the centre using company vehicles.
Requirements:
A valid full UK driving license is mandatory (please note that international driving licenses will not be accepted).
Experience working with challenging behaviour of all levels.
DBS on the update service.
Availability:
Due to the nature of the service candidates must be available to work fullâtime without any visa time restrictions.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who have limitations on their visa status.
Work Hours:
Candidates should be able to commit to working more than 20 hours per week.
