About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with experience teaching KS1 and KS2 to join a supportive school in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking for either short-term or long-term positions, allowing you to make a real difference in children’s learning and development. As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, support pupil progress, and contribute positively to the wider school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress
- Maintain excellent classroom management in line with school policies
- Promote positive behaviour and effective learning
- Contribute to planning and staff meetings as required
- Support the safeguarding, wellbeing, and academic growth of all students
Requirements – Primary Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching confidently across KS1 and KS2
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Flexibility to work in short-term or long-term roles as a Primary Teacher
Safeguarding & Compliance
This Primary Teacher role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Two references covering a minimum of two years are required.
