SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) β 1:1 Support

Duration: Full time, ongoing
Salary: Β£85 β Β£100 per day

As an SEN TA, you will be a key member of the classroom team, ensuring students receive support that assists them to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to students with additional needs
- Supporting teachers with creative lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and engaging displays
- Building trusting, nurturing relationships with students to encourage independence and confidence
- Acting as a positive role model while fostering a safe and inclusive environment

Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR relevant SEN background
- Experience or training with PECS, Makaton, ASD, SLD, and complex needs
- Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate
- Recent school-based references
- Valid photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
