What You’ll Do:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour settings.
  • Experience managing challenging behaviours is essential.
  • Training in MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA, or CPI.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Reliable and communicative with a passion for improving lives.
