We are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers to join our trusted network of Secondary Supply Teachers, supporting secondary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for a Secondary Teacher seeking day-to-day, short-term, or long-term supply work that fits around their lifestyle. We welcome applications from Secondary Teachers across a range of subject specialisms, particularly core subjects (Maths, English and Science), as well as Humanities and MFL. Whether you are an experienced Secondary Teacher or an ECT with post-qualification experience, we encourage you to apply.
The Role
As a Secondary Teacher working in a supply capacity, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning when permanent staff are absent. The Secondary Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, confidently manage classroom behaviour, and adapt to a variety of secondary school environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for any Secondary Teacher
- Experience teaching in a secondary setting (minimum 1 year preferred)
- ECT Secondary Teachers with at least one year post-qualification experience encouraged to apply
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills expected of a Secondary Teacher
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
