This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with QTS and strong classroom experience, ideally within Early Years or the Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a strong commitment to supporting children at the beginning of their education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting early development in reading, writing, and numeracy
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Working closely with a teaching assistant and a supportive Early Years team

Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in Early Years or Reception (highly desirable)
- Ability to support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
- Calm, caring, and consistent approach to teaching and behaviour management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- 6 months UK experience teaching within the last two years
- Experience planning and delivering lessons (EYFS preferred)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Recent school-based references
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
