We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Admin / Finance Admin to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Birmingham area. This is a full-time position ongoing, with the opportunity to become an essential part of a strong administrative team. The Role – School Admin / Finance Admin
As a School Admin / Finance Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Duties will include:
- Front office administration and reception duties
- Supporting finance processes and school admin tasks
- Managing enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
- Handling pupil absence calls and general school communications
- Using SIMs to log and process key information
- Supporting the wider admin team with school-based duties
