We are seeking a Part Time Luxury Brand Ambassador, 3 days per week, 22.5 hours, for our exciting new Balenciaga Counter in Selfridges London.
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for Balenciaga, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's reputation and delivering unparalleled consistent customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage of the brand, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
