Balearia seeks a Chief Officer to join one of its HSC Ro Ro passenger ferries aboard ship.

The role is contract-based with ASAP embarkation and a 2 months on / 2 months off rotation.

You will report to the Master and oversee deck operations and safety across a diverse crew.

Responsibilities include maintaining vessel safety, environmental compliance, and team leadership, with emphasis on drills, procedures and regulatory adherence.
