The Placement Specialist assists with marketing accounts, maintaining relationships with insurance company partners, and following market insights/trends. This individual will be an internal resource and client-facing, helping drive organic growth in the firm.
Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing all assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing and compliance of marketing information.
- Mentor, coach, and train the Marketing Analyst Team.
- Peer review marketing work of others.
- Coordinate service delivery including developing placement and renewal strategies.
- Build strong relationships with insurance partners, understanding carrier requirements and attributes.
- Drive organic growth by quoting new accounts and presenting results to prospects.
- Support smooth client onboarding processes.
- Be a technical expert in onboarding prospects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues.
- Mentor colleagues as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned.

- Certifications: None required or preferred.
