Brief Description
Box Truck Driver (CDL Not Required)
Pay: $20 per hour + weekly performance incentives (averaging $24 per hour)
Our drivers provide exceptional customer service 7 days a week. Every day we deliver to all surrounding areas in New York City, Boston, Maine and Washington DC. At Baldor, we take pride in delivering exactly what the customer needs, when they need it.
CDL NOT Required. We are looking to hire both CDL (Class A & B only) and non-CDL truck drivers.

- Weekly driving incentive bonuses.
Drivers will be responsible for:
- Day to day deliveries based on assigned routes.
- Following customer service delivery standards and meeting the customer\’s needs as best as possible.
- Counting the product accurately when loading and delivering.
- Interacting and communicating with supervisors and customers regarding service needs and/or emergencies.
- Handing customers credit slips if applicable and collecting cash.
- Recording all trips and completing related paperwork. (Must be able to complete the paperwork in English)
- Most recent abstract or driving record.
- Must be willing to get your DOT Medical card BEFORE you start working.
- Valid Driver\’s License for at least one year.
- Our drivers frequently lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 6 months experience driving box trucks OR an entry level driver certificate for new truck drivers
- No more than 4 points on your driver\’s license in the last 36 months
- No more than 2 suspensions on your driver\’s license in the last 36 months.
- No DWI/DUI convictions
- Must pass a pre-employment physical aptitude test prior to hire.
