BALDAN, a European leader in the beauty, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics industries, with over 280 sales representatives across Europe, is seeking high-performing B2B sales professionals to join our growing team and drive new business development in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand development by promoting and selling BALDAN's aesthetic products and technologies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company's footprint.
- Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B sales within the aesthetics industry.
- Experience in conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices. An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
