We’re hiring an FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team at a point where the FP&A function itself is evolving. This isn’t a finished, perfectly polished reporting environment and that’s part of the opportunity.
Initially, there will be plenty of hands‑on work. You’ll be getting into the detail, working with data from different areas of the business, preparing reports and board packs, supporting budgets and forecasts and helping improve how information is pulled together and presented.
What you’ll be getting involved in:
- Weekly and month‑end FP&A reporting
- Preparing and populating board and management reporting packs
- Supporting annual budgets and ongoing forecasting
- Bringing together sales forecasts and operational inputs from across the business
- Extracting, manipulating and making sense of data from different systems
- Variance analysis and supporting commentary
- Improving existing reports and reporting processes
- Supporting financial models and scenario analysis
- Working with stakeholders to gather information and understand what's driving the numbers
- Gradually taking on more value‑add analysis as the reporting environment develops
There is a big systems and data element to this role, so you'll need to be someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the detail. If you can take a messy set of data, work out what's going on and turn it into something useful, you'll probably enjoy this.

As the FP&A structure and reporting processes develop, the role should naturally move away from some of the more manual reporting and towards deeper analysis, forecasting and commercial support.
Longer term, there is genuine scope for this person to develop towards Finance Business Partnering.
You don't need to be an established FP&A Analyst or FBP already. This could suit a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or part/newly qualified accountant who's ready to move away from purely producing the numbers and wants more exposure to budgeting, forecasting, modelling and analysis.
You’ll ideally be strong with Excel, comfortable working with imperfect data, systems‑minded and, most importantly, curious about what the numbers are actually telling you.
