A high-growth consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead strategy across complex, distributed systems in a regulated industry setting. This is a strategic test leadership role supporting large-scale transformation programmes, involving integration-heavy platforms, data pipelines, and compliance-driven technology estates. The successful candidate will guide distributed QA teams, shape automation-led strategies, and ensure test coverage aligns with regulatory expectations, system design, and user confidence.
You’ll be the kind of person who doesn’t just “own the test plan” you’ll understand the entire E2E system at both the low-level detail and how the whole solution fits together, whilst knowing how to test it. You’ll be given an abundance of freedom to make this role truly yours, with minimal restrictions and an exciting roadmap ahead.

- Have led test programmes across complex, regulated systems
