An award-winning, independent tax and advisory firm is looking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager / Partner Designate as part of succession planning for a retiring partner. Applications are welcome from experienced Senior Managers or ambitious Managers ready to step up.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role working closely with owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs. The work is strongly advisory-led and includes business sales and acquisitions, MBOs, restructuring, valuations, incentive schemes, venture capital work, and complex tax advisory, alongside oversight of compliance.
