If you’re looking for a part-time Practice Manager opportunity, you’ll be hard pushed to find a more attractive role than this one. It’s with a micro/boutique law firm and you’ll work directly with the CEO, leading operational and regulatory compliance, HR, marketing, office management and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.
You’ll help to identify operational and legal/regulatory risks plus commercial opportunities, helping to develop and implement practical procedures, policies and controls. The firm is a well-established and respected media law firm based in West London. Scan the TV listings and streaming services and you’ll see their clients’ productions on your screens daily.
The working environment is supportive and collaborative, led by an inspiring CEO who welcomes new ideas and will involve you in strategic matters. You’ll play a key role in marketing initiatives, organising events, even joining the occasional client lunches in Soho - as you’ll be an integral part of the firm, not just someone who operates behind the scenes.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 22.5 hours across the week, with 2 days in the office, 1 remote, with scope for hours/days to increase in future as the firm grows, should that appeal. Salary level: around £60-70k FTE.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have comparable prior experience gained within a Practice Manager/Office Manager role within the legal sector. You’ll need to have in-depth knowledge of AML and regulatory compliance, experience of handling HR matters and developing relationships with external advisors and vendors.
