What would you do with an extra week’s holiday each year? With a generous reward scheme which includes 30 days annual leave, performance bonus and enhanced parental leave benefits it’s no wonder this firm has low staff turnover, and they’re now hiring for a Billing Coordinator to join their City of London team. There’s a clear path to senior billing coordinator if you’re looking to step up, with plenty of support to help you reach that next level. You’ll be working in a smaller team within a global firm, so you get the close-knit atmosphere without missing out on the resources of a big name. The hybrid setup gives you flexibility, with the team working Tues-Thurs in the office.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep the billing process running smoothly, making sure everything is accurate and compliant with VAT and regulatory rules.
  • You’ll handle queries, update client records, and support eBilling, using your attention to detail to make sure everything’s spot on.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience with legal billing (an essential requirement) – you know how to generate and issue bills, process time transfers, with plenty of experience responding to queries from partners and clients.
  • A good understanding of VAT and billing regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage client records and billing narratives accurately.

About the company:

A global law firm, headquartered in the US. The London office has around 200 staff and retains the feel of a small firm, whilst having the resources and status of a large firm.
