Do you work in legal finance and have a knowledge of European tax matters? How does a varied role working in one of the world's most celebrated law firms sound?
The role operates at a strategic level, where you will be collaborating with the European Director of Finance and the Firm's Director of Taxes, along with one direct report to ensure accuracy and compliance across the London, European and KSA (Saudi Arabia) offices.
Your involvement with European and cross-border tax compliance will include UK VAT, French and Belgian tax filings, and KSA tax matters and regular liaison with the firm's US tax team on global tax implications.
Along the way, you will have the chance to shape financial procedures and advise on tax strategy, train and supervise staff and enhance processes.
You will need extensive exposure within an international private practice law firm and a solid understanding of SAR, VAT and management experience. If you are fully qualified great; however, this isn't essential so long as you have a solid understanding of European and cross-border tax compliance.
