A rare opportunity to join a high-status US law firm giant as their first eBilling Coordinator outside of the US. You’ll be joining a super friendly finance team in the City of London, taking ownership for all aspects of the firm’s eBilling and e-invoicing processes for the EMEA region as the role develops.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for all aspects of the firm’s eBilling and e-invoicing processes for the EMEA region as the role develops.
- Be hands-on, identify inefficiencies in processes, problem-solve and work effectively with colleagues across teams and regions to drive improvements.
Location, team and terms
Based in stunning modern offices, the team work a hybrid split of 3 days in, 2 remote and we’re considering applicants within a salary range of £50-60k. You’ll be joining a sociable, stable finance team in London. The firm have a great track record for developing and promoting staff, resulting in low staff turnover and a positive, collaborative working environment.
Requirements
The firm have a thorough onboarding and training process to help set you up for success, but you’ll need to evidence a proven track record in eBilling and awareness with e-invoicing/global CTC mandates to secure an interview.
