Balance Point Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring experienced Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Service Technicians. Our Technicians utilise their knowledge to educate and support our customers in their homes and/or commercial spaces. We aim to help our clients through the services or products that meet their personalised needs. We provide many options and believe in Maintenance Programs and System Enhancements to ensure the longevity of our client’s products and to promote a comfortable and healthy living environment.

Compensation: Up to $45/hour + Spiffs + Bonuses for highly skilled and qualified top technicians.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC Service (NOT install experience)
- HVAC technical school is preferred
- High School Degree
- NATE certification is preferred (We do provide the ability to gain certifications)
- Experience with residential or light commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Basic computer skills are required (as our technicians run off of tablets/IPads)
- Have acquired diagnostic tools needed for Journeyman Service Technician Position
- Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
- Valid Drivers License
