Base pay range

$42,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.
We are looking for an Education Manager for our offices in St. George, Utah. As the Education Manager, you will oversee the training room for three to four weeks each month.
What You Will Do

  • Establish and maintain a courseroom for team member education and ensure all resources, materials, and tools needed are available
  • Design individual training programs for each team member so they can reach their goals within their position
  • Meet with team members individually to address their unique training needs
  • Actively speak with all team members and encourage them to attend company trainings and classes
  • Ensure you understand all training courses we offer to our team members and how they are a benefit to them
  • Track and report team member progress, student points, and overall program success
  • Encourage and exemplify a culture of learning and professional development throughout the company
  • Advocate for continuing education benefits and motivate team members to participate
  • Periodically audit the course room and training materials to ensure they meet high standards of quality
  • Constantly learn by taking advantage of all trainings available to improve your communication and management abilities

What You Must Bring

  • 1+ years of experience with training or teaching
  • An organized mindset and ability to multitask
  • Passion for helping others
  • Confidence in one-on-one training and corrective situations
  • Proficiency with Google applications
  • 1+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • Ability to become well-versed in Balance of Nature products and give any additional training to team members on our products
  • Proactive in self-improvement opportunities
  • Optimism and passion about helping team members succeed
  • Ability to give kind, helpful feedback to team members
  • Ability to provide effective training for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with team members by understanding their individual needs and abilities
  • Professionalism in appearance and interactions with others

  • Ability to plan and predict effectively

Pay: $42,000 to $60,000 annually depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
