We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, using data and insight to continuously improve performance and meet contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and driving actions to maintain high performance standards.
- Produce and analyse operational reports and dashboards to provide insight and support decision‑making.
- Manage escalations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory, stock movements, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support billing processes, supplier invoicing, and resolution of financial queries.
- Drive internal projects and ensure delivery commitments are met within strict deadlines and contractual requirements.
