What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning across European business units.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and revenue analysis across multiple markets.
  • Partner with operational and commercial leaders across Europe to analyse trends in revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs.
  • Deliver clear and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting to regional and senior leadership.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the European portfolio, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and profitability analysis at a regional level.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and insightful variance analysis.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A analysts, fostering a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and corporate policies across multiple jurisdictions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., Oracle).
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-country environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in multi-site environments (e.g., logistics, transport, cash management, or security services) is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation is a plus.
