Machine is part of the Brink’s family, a leading ATM business in Europe. This role will be permanent and full time, based at our Head Office in Crickhowell. Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with flexible working arrangements available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily ATM reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor and track surplus recovery efforts.
  • Process settlement inwards and manage merchant cash repayments.
  • Reconcile all elements of cash flow to ensure accuracy.
  • Post daily journals to maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
  • Collaborate with the Cash Cycle Team Manager to assist in month‑end reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C.
  • Proficient experience with data input.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong team‑working and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to plan and organise workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desirable: 3 A Levels at grades A*-C.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience in reconciliation and/or working on financial programmes such as Sage X3 (desirable but not mandatory).
