This is a trainee Motor Vehicle Technical Trainer post for a qualified and experienced Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician looking to move into training. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.
Balance Education is currently working with a client based in Milton Keynes that is looking for a Technical Trainer to teach technical upskilling short courses to experienced technicians in the industry. Our client is willing to take on a qualified Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician with main dealership industry experience and support them with teacher training. Our client is a specialist automotive training provider that works closely with premium brand manufacturers.
Package and Benefits:
- Starting Salary - £41,800 inclusive of Car Allowance (£37,000 + £4,800)
- Top End Salary - £48,660 inclusive of Car Allowance (£43,860 + £4,800)

Essential experience and qualifications:
