This is a trainee plumbing tutor post for a qualified and experienced plumber. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.

Balance Education is currently working with a client based in Hull that is looking for a Plumbing Tutor to teach apprentices the full course/up to level 3 in both workshop and classroom environments. Our client is willing to take on a qualified plumber with plumbing industry experience and support them with teacher training. Our client is a successful and well established provider specialising in building services training and boasting excellent facilities.

Curriculum, facilities and lesson planning is provided. You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.

Package and Benefits:

Essential experience and qualifications:

  • You must be a fully Qualified Plumber with either an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognised Apprenticeship.
  • Up-to-date Gas ACS units and Unvented Hot Water qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years working as a Plumber in industry.
  • A keen interest to work in education.

Job Description:
