This is a trainee Motor Vehicle Mechanics Tutor post for a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided. Are you a fully qualified and time served Motor Vehicle Mechanic/Automotive Technician? Could you be interested in a Motor Vehicle Mechanics teaching position? Balance Education is currently working with a client based in Milton Keynes that is looking for a Tutor to teach technical short courses to experienced automotive learners. Our client is willing to take on a qualified mechanic/technician with main dealer industry experience and support them with teacher training. Package and Benefits:- β Starting Salary β Β£40,942 inclusive of Car Allowance (Β£37,000 + Β£3,942) β Top End Salary β Β£47,802 inclusive of Car Allowance (Β£43,860 + Β£3,942) β Training and development programme β 33 days paid holiday β Pension Essential experience and qualifications:- β A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle β At least 5 years experience as an automotive mechanic or technician in the industry. β A keen interest to work in education. β Main Dealer Experience β Technically Qualified β EV Qualified (preferred) Job Description:- Monday to Friday Permanent β Full-time Provide technical training to experienced motor vehicle learners in both workshop and classroom environments. Curriculum, facilities and lesson planning is provided.
