This is a trainee Motor Vehicle Technical Trainer post for a qualified and experienced Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician looking to move into training. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.
Balance Education is currently working with a client based in Reading that is looking for a Technical Trainer to teach technical upskilling short courses to experienced technicians in the industry. Our client is willing to take on a qualified Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician with main dealership industry experience and support them with teacher training. Our client is a specialist automotive training provider that works closely with premium brand manufacturers.
Package and Benefits:
- Starting Salary - £43,340 inclusive of Car Allowance (£39,140 + £4,200)
- Top End Salary - £45,200 inclusive of Car Allowance (£41,000 + £4,200)

Essential experience and qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
- Experience as a Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician in the industry.
- A keen interest to work in education.
- Main Dealer Experience
- Technically Qualified
