We're working with a growing training organisation that supports employers across a range of vocational, compliance and commercial training programmes. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an Account Manager to their sales team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
The Role:
- Managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Promoting a range of training and development programmes
- Conducting outbound sales and account management calls
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Working closely with colleagues to support business growth
What We're Looking For:
