Are you an experienced Bricklayer or Groundworker who'd like to use your experience without necessarily being on the tools five days a week? Or perhaps you're already teaching and looking for a role with more flexibility and variety. We're working with a growing construction training provider looking for a Bricklaying / Groundworks Trainer to support learners across their training centre and live construction sites. The interesting bit? They can consider anything from 1 day per week through to full-time. The role is based primarily in Lancashire, with occasional travel into Manchester and to learner sites. What will you be doing? It's a varied role rather than five days standing in a classroom. You'll combine practical training with site-based learner support, including: * Delivering Bricklaying / Groundworks training * Visiting and supporting learners on site * 1-to-1 learner sessions * EPA preparation and support * Pastoral support and helping learners progress Who are we looking for?
