This is a trainee Motor Vehicle Technical Trainer post for a qualified and experienced Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician looking to move into a training. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.

Are you a fully qualified and time served Motor Vehicle Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician? Could you be interested in a Motor Vehicle Technical Trainer position? Balance Education is currently working with a client based in Milton Keynes that is looking for aTechnical Trainer to teach technical upskilling short courses to experienced technicians in the industry. Our client is willing to take on a qualified Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technicianwith main dealership industry experience and support them with teacher training. Our client is a specialist automotive training provider that works closely with premium brand manufacturers.

- Starting Salary - £41,800 inclusive of Car Allowance (£37,000 + £4,800)

- Top End Salary - £48,660 inclusive of Car Allowance (£43,860 + £4,800)

Essential experience and qualifications:-
\n
- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
\n
- Experience as a Master/Senior/Diagnostic Technician in the industry.
\n
- A keen interest to work in education.

- Main Dealer Experience
\n
- Technically Qualified
\n
- EV Qualified (preferred)
\n

Permanent - Full-time

Provide technical training to experienced technicians from the industry in both workshop and classroom environments. Curriculum, facilities and lesson planning is provided. You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.
