Job Purpose

As a senior operational leader, ensure effective execution of strategy, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. Oversee budgets, stakeholder relationships, and service growth while upholding Balance Care’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Lead operations, ensuring high standards in supported living and community care delivery.
    • Act as a key liaison for service users, families, commissioners, and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements, including commissioners and policymakers.
    • Drive performance improvement and ensure alignment with regulatory and business goals.
  • Financial & Performance Management
    • Oversee budgets, financial planning, and cost management.
