Responsibilities & Duties
Post holder will work as Madapalli Priest Assistant to make daily neivedyam (holy food for the God) by preparing and providing sanctified food meeting the necessary requirements of purity and austerity, abiding by strict guidelines in any food prepared or served in the Temple.
Post holder will also prepare prasadam and support with the food preparation for the devotees during all auspicious events/functions of the Temple.
To contribute to organisation growth through the quality service to ensure the culinary needs of the devotees are met during auspicious occasions/festivals.
Adhere to temple rules, processes, procedures and policies.
The Individual
Applicant should have Brahmin lineage of priesthood.
Be able to make daily neivedyam in both the Shaivite and Vaishnavite traditions.
Be of exemplary character befitting the position of the Madapalli Priest in a Hindu Temple.
