Balaena Tyne is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety culture in a busy marine engineering shipyard. You will build and lead the site HSE team, coach managers and supervisors, and ensure practical safety systems that meet ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
This hands-on role requires strong technical HSE knowledge and exceptional people leadership to influence subcontractors, trades and visitors, raise standards and keep people safe every day.
