Reporting to the Senior Facilities Administrator, you'll work with teams, contractors and maintenance specialists to keep systems, records and activities running smoothly.

We're looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-focused who can handle changing priorities and communicate clearly.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across Balaena's facilities.
- Manage schedules and CMMS work orders, following up on delays.
- Coordinate teams, contractors, visits, access and RAMS.
- Keep asset, maintenance and compliance records up to date.
- Arrange inspections, servicing and compliance activities.
- Prepare work packs, reports and KPI updates.
- Support audits and improve processes where you can.
